Okay, so it's after Kurt goes to New york, Blaine's in Lima with his friend that's a girl.
Blaine and the girl get drunk at a party and end up making out, and then someone takes a pic then posts it to facebook, and Kurt sees it.
So Kurt forbids Blaine to ever talk to the girl again.
